Tamia – Grammy Nominated R&B Singer. Worked with VH1 Soul and Plus1 Music Group to produce this event, and also hosted players of the Orlando Magic as special guests.
Chrisette Michele – Grammy Nominated Soul/Jazz Singer.
Worked with Def Jam Records, Carl Blackof Orlando (Car Dealership), and Status Lounge to promote at that time a brand new artist who no one had really heard of, but we recognized her immense talent and brought her to Orlando for the first time.
Dwele – Grammy Nominated Soul/Jazz Singer.
Pursuing our focus on promoting artists with real talent we produced this event for Dwele who put on a great show. For the fans it was a moment to treasure as many got a chance to meet him backstage as he took extra time to take pictures and sign autographs. A classy event and a memorable night.
The Renaissance Experience – Listening Lounge for Raheem Devaughn, Jill Scott, and Erykah Badu, Live Neo Soul Band, and Spoken Word.
Our signature monthly series event; our focus is on a niche group of professionals with a discerning and eclectic taste for music and style. Our target for this event is to bring all people together united by a distinct love and need for quality socializing and entertainment.
For the select crowd, the trendsetters, this is an event where you can dance or listen to good music while soaking in the ambiance of an upscale venue, or just chill out in the lounge to catch up on the good old days, or even better engage in intellectual debate with like-minded people.
All That Jazz – Jazz Listening Lounge & Wine Tasting.
We worked with The Grape to produce an event that catered to a very discerning crowd and also introduced a new set of potential patrons to this wine bar and restaurant. In a city where there is so much going on and yet a lack of diversity in quality entertainment this was an original event that everyone who attended appreciated. Many of those who attended ended up recommending The Grape to friends or became repeat customers….our Job here was accomplished..bringing a new set of patrons to a swanky new spot in the city.
Hot Jazz, Sweet Wine, Decadent Ambiance, Quality People.
Reggae Gold – Listening Lounge. Partnerships with VP Records and Bola Ristorante.
Event Partners – VP Records. #1 Independent Reggae Record Labe. For – Album Release Parties for Reggae & Soca Gold two years in a row. (2006 & 2007). Target Population - Young Caribbean professionals in Orlando.
Several promotional paraphernalia promoting VP Records were given away to those who attended as the DJ played a wicked mix of songs off the albums. This event was held in the beautiful Bola Lounge which was a perfect backdrop to the exotic music and people.
Liquid – Monthly Caribbean-themed Party. Partnerships with Glo Lounge, Destiny, and Status Lounge.
This event grew out of the need for an event and venue that catered to a growing Caribbean and International population of students and young professionals. We were one of just a few that developed and built this into a successful monthly series working under Cloud9 to bring the best the city had to offer.
It displayed another side of urban Orlando that wasn’t just limited to hip hop but identified themselves as both American and International….of course these parties were like a meeting of the United Nations, high energy, many languages and accents, different colors, one people.
